4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to deliver within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays caused by courier/logistics partners are beyond our control.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping address and phone number.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing if not shipped.
- Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Perishable products (dry fruits, sweets, snacks) are non-returnable once delivered, unless damaged/defective.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide correct details for smooth delivery.
- Check product upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.
