Freshness is our promise. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
Prepaid order refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Perishable items cannot be returned once opened unless there is a quality issue.
