1. Delivery Coverage & Fulfillment Modes
- Local Delivery in Surat (City Limits): Fulfilled directly by our own fleet of dedicated delivery riders. We offer express 30 to 60-minute delivery or scheduled same-day delivery slots for local orders.
- Pan-India Shipping (All Other Cities): Dispatched from our central fulfillment hub in Surat via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Local Surat Orders: Delivered within 30 minutes to 3 hours on the same day during store operational hours (09:00 – 22:00). Orders placed after late evening are delivered the next morning.
- Pan-India Courier Orders: Orders are securely packed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national public holidays).
- Estimated Courier Transit Time: Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days; Non-metro & regional towns: 4 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- Applicable delivery charges (if any) are transparently calculated and displayed at checkout before you make payment.
- We regularly offer Free Delivery on orders that meet our minimum order value threshold (orders above ₹200), prominently shown on the cart and checkout pages.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
- As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, an automated tracking link is shared with you via WhatsApp and SMS.
- For local rider deliveries, you can track live rider dispatch status. For courier shipments, you can track the parcel in real-time on our courier partner's portal using the provided AWB tracking number.
5. Tamper-Proof Food Packaging
All sweets and dry fruits are sealed in food-grade, multi-layer airtight pouches or rigid containers with secondary protective boxing to ensure complete protection against moisture, damage, and contamination during transit.
6. Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability
- Please ensure that a valid, reachable mobile number and complete street address with landmarks are provided during checkout.
- Our delivery riders and courier executives will make up to two delivery attempts. In the event of customer unavailability or wrong address resulting in non-delivery of perishable sweets, re-delivery fees may apply.
