2. Products, Weights & Packaging
- All products (dry fruits, nuts, seeds, traditional sweets, namkeen, spices, and gift hampers) are subject to availability.
- Dry fruits and nuts are natural agricultural commodities. Slight natural variations in size, color, texture, and taste may occur between crop batches.
- Weights are indicated in grams or kilograms. While products are weighed and sealed precisely at the time of packing using certified digital scales, slight natural moisture evaporation may occur over time.
- Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging design may vary periodically.
3. Pricing, Billing & Taxes
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all applicable taxes (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Delivery fees and express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and cart value.
- We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing or provide a full refund if paid.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- An order confirmation via website, SMS, or WhatsApp constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt, not an automatic legal acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch.
- Customer Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched by contacting customer support at +91 2612256778. Once an order is dispatched with a local rider or outstation courier, it cannot be cancelled.
- Merchant Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, inaccurate delivery address, unserviceable pincodes, or suspected fraudulent payment activity. Full refunds are issued promptly for any prepaid cancelled orders.
5. Food Quality, Allergen Notice & Storage
- Our traditional sweets are crafted with fresh, premium ingredients. Sweets must be consumed within their recommended shelf life and stored as specified on the packaging (in a refrigerator or cool, dry place).
